The bakery always has the finest ingredients with the friendliest staff around! I go in every once in a while to !!have a fresh cookie or pastry and every once in a while I get treated to a free one for being a valued customer that ranks very high in my book!

Amazing.. We drive from Franklin, Sussex County to buy and enjoy the great tastes you guys have. Nothing even compares to a bakery up here. We picked up a strawberry shortcake Saturday unbelievable this weekend coming back down for husbands birthday cake. Thank you
My mother & I are up here from Florida in New Jersey visiting family & friends. While we were up here, we made plans to celebrate Easter with my late father’s family. Since what would’ve been his 66th birthday is this week, we decided to celebrate his birthday, too, yesterday. Last week, we came in to Giancarlo’s to order a cake for the occasion. We explained what we wanted to the workers, who were more than glad to help us despite all of their Easter business. We picked up the finished cake, a chocolate fudge cake with ginoche filling, which came out amazing. We sang happy birthday to my father in Heaven. Yesterday’s Easter family get-together is one I’ll never forget. Thank you, Giancarlo’s, for making that possible for us.
